There are two thing in my opinion that are the most important on a wedding day, well three if you count the perfect dress!! The other two are the DJ and the photographer. Let me explain. You may be a great cook and have wonderful recipes or better yet a family member that can make an amazing entree, the age of pintrest has given us at our fingertips volumes of information that allows us to create decor on a dime and re -purpose items that were once ready for the junkyard and now hold just the perfect touch! When it comes to where you should NOT cut corners it is the the Photographer and DJ. The DJ creates the atmosphere and the Photographer captures it. These are the two areas in which the old saying "you get what you pay for" apply. At Juniper Lane Photography I am proud of my reputation, my attention to detail and my creative ability. I am happy to show you a wedding gallery in its entirely, not just a few examples of the best of work from a few. I can do that too, but I am confident to show you what an actual wedding in its entirely looks like! When I show you my collection pricing, I am also offering you a bit of sanity, security and comfort knowing I hire only the best of shooters as part of my team, I work with the highest quality of gear, I have the ability, skill and experience to work in all conditions even in rare instances where I have to think on my feet and adapt to sudden changes. Not to mention my artistic vision and creative eye that will make YOUR story stand out from the rest!

Do really need a second shooter?: A second shooter is always recommended for weddings 6 hours or more or in a situation where the bride and groom are getting ready in separate locations. It allows us to tell the full story of your special day. In addition, having two cameras shooting at once captures different perspectives at all times, it is also super helpful when time may be tight and guests are waiting when we have bridals and bridal party images to do!

For very small intimate weddings held at a home of very small venue a second shooter may be optional and I am happy to help you make that decision!
Am I able to remove items from the Juniper collection to save money?: The Juniper collection is designed for the traditional and most requested wedding collection requested over the years. I have curated the collection carefully to offer the best value I can while delivering a wonderful wedding experience. I encourage clients to take advantage and use the engagement session for us to get a chance to know each other, get comfortable shooting together which will make wedding day flow well and maximize our time by already knowing what to do!

However for brides that envision a different day I offer a create your own collection to create your perfect day!
Do you travel?: YES I DO! I love destination weddings! lets chat!
Do you do payment plans?: I am happy to work out a payment plan if requested. There is an additional addendum added to the contract to protect us both, but yes I offer a no interest payment installment option.

The bond that I create with my brides is forever. It cannot be faked, or pretend. I want her to trust me, lean on me and even sometimes confide in me. We will meet over coffee, food, snacks and some days even a glass of wine...every meeting is different as we discuss anything to children, family, work, even in -laws!! The more we talk about the more we find connections and things in common. This is for both you AND me because I will be the first one to tell you I am not for you if I think your day deserves a different personality than mine. I am super confident in my ability but it takes a back seat to making sure WE have a connection so I can deliver what you need to make your day the best possible. Many brides are now my closest of friends as the bond was that strong!

I can help with cost...

Professional wedding photography can cost. You are paying for the experience and talent of a professional artist BUT you are also paying for peace of mind. You DESERVE to enjoy your day and not be burdened with the worry if your story is being told in the way you envision! Please don't worry, I can help. After the non refundable retainer is paid I am happy to work out an installment plan that works for you! A credit card is needed and a contract with a few rules to protect us both, but I am happy to lighten the burden of cost by offering a way to break up the cost into smaller payments to work with your budget. I am a firm believer that everyone deserves a good photographer for their wedding. If you really value my art and me as a person, I am happy to assist in any way I can to make your perfect day happen. Do not hesitate to bring this up at our meeting! hugs!!
