please note that this is a limited time offer as these sessions require a lot of time and patience.  

ALL dogs are welcome but there are a few requirements for the health and safety of my staff and studio.

All dogs must have absolutely no history of aggression or biting. If a dog attempts to bite me or my staff the session will end and no refunds are given.  I am extremely patient and gentle with all dogs and will NEVER force a dog to perform.  I use ONLY positive reinforcement training techniques.  The use of shock collars are not permitted in the studio so please leave them outside the studio. 
In certain cases of reactive dogs I would upfront and honesty so that we may choose a quiet outdoor location where I am less hands on and the dog is on a lead that can be removed in post.  This is a better experience for the dog and for my safety.  I am always happy to work with you. 
I highly reactive dog may not be suited for photography. that is ok!  I find most dogs, even rescues I can work with.  It is best to have a good and honest communication to find out what is best and safe for everyone ESPECIALLY your pet.

FLEAS...please make sure your dog is FLEA FREE!!  I photography animals AND humans and fleas are not welcome! 

Injuries or Illness.  Please let me know especially in older dogs, if there is an injury, bad hips, pregnant or lactating mother dogs, anything that can cause a reaction if touched or gently moved.  The more information i have the better friend I can be.

Allergies.  I use dog safe peanut butter, high quality snacks and treats in my studio but if your pet has an allergy please make sure you let me know before hand!

 

serious or sassy??

ALL DOGS ARE DIFFERENT.... some have quirky derp like personalities that really come out in the session.  They love treats and love to catch them (or at least try lol).  Some LOOOVE peanut butter and I get fun tongue licking photos!
Some are just super chill and could care less about all of that and just want to be a good boy or girl and be pose for me.  I can NEVER guarantee what kind of photos I get. 

I attempt ALL THREE.  Sometimes I get all three and depending on your pet I often get a combination or at lease one.  But in the end what I DO GET is your dogs perfect self. 

I work with special needs dogs!

If your baby is special needs or needs extra care don;t let that stop you! I owned a blind German Shepherd for years and learned so much from him that animals are so incredible and can adapt to just about anything!  So even if they are blind, deaf, missing a limb or need a little extra help..please don't hesitate to book. we will work together to find out what motivates them and still capture the most amazing images!
